Founded in 1994, TROSA is an award-winning, evidence-based, peer-driven treatment program that provides free housing, meals, clothing, health services, vocational and life skills training, mentorship, counseling, and more to individuals with substance use disorders.
TROSA is an innovative, multi-year residential program that empowers people with substance use disorders to be productive, recovering individuals by providing comprehensive treatment, experiential vocational training, education, and continuing care. We are a licensed facility dedicated to providing quality care and services and we love being a part of the Triangle, North Carolina community! Our residents and staff look forward to participating in this year's TROSA Turkey Trot!
